It has been created for women who are ready to stop circling the same problems and start making meaningful progress.
This isn’t a conference built around inspiration for the sake of it. It’s built around action.
The day combines practical workshops, panel discussions, business pitch opportunities, journey shares and meaningful connection points designed to help women move forward in their businesses with greater clarity, confidence and support.

Pitch Fest is a unique opportunity for women in business to share the impact they're creating, receive valuable feedback, and take the next step in their business journey.
We're inviting up to 10 women in business to step onto the stage and share the story behind their business. Selected participants will have three minutes to introduce themselves, explain the problem they solve, share the difference their business is making, and talk about what's next.
Rather than focusing on sales or investment, Pitch Fest celebrates businesses that are creating positive change for their clients, community, and local business ecosystem.
Each pitch will be assessed by a judging panel and conference attendees, with feedback designed to encourage growth, build confidence, and provide practical insights.
The winning participant will receive a high-value mentoring package, bringing together coaching, strategy, and advisory sessions from our judging panel to help them continue growing their business. Second and third place prizes will also be awarded.
Whether you're stepping onto the stage or cheering from the audience, Pitch Fest is about celebrating the incredible women in business within our community and creating opportunities for them to be seen, supported, and encouraged.

Deb Gidman is the director and licensee of Resident Property, a boutique property management business based in Baldivis, WA. Originally from the UK, Deb has called Perth home for the last 16 years. Three and a half years ago she decided to start Resident Property, and hasn't looked back since. It's a genuine family business: her daughter Cerys handles the property management day to day, and her husband Wayne helps out with home opens.
Resident Property is small but growing, built on personalised service for owners who want to feel heard and confident the job is being done well. Deb's focus now is scaling the rent roll and building out the sales side of the business, while keeping that same personal standard that's built her reputation so far.

Ruby is an AuDHD psychologist, PhD researcher, and founder of NeuroNest Psychology. After spending much of her life navigating neurodivergence, chronic illness, and disability within systems that often failed to recognise or accommodate these experiences, she became passionate about creating the kind of support she wished had existed earlier. Today, she combines professional expertise with lived experience to help build more neuro-affirming, accessible, holistic, integrative, trauma-aware, body-inclusive and person-centred healthcare for neurodivergent people, recognising difference as a natural and valuable part of human diversity.
Through NeuroNest Psychology, she provides online Autism and ADHD assessments, psychological support, professional supervision, consultation, training, and digital resources for adults, caregivers, professionals, and organisations across Australia. She is currently undertaking PhD research exploring the intersectionality of neurodivergence and chronic health conditions, with the goal of translating lived experience research into education, innovation, and future healthcare solutions that improve outcomes for neurodivergent and disabled communities and remove societal barriers, not identities.

Emily is the founder and director of Wise Owl Education, an Australia-wide online tutoring business she launched in 2022 to give school-age kids the individualised, evidence-based support a one-size-fits-all classroom can't.
Before founding Wise Owl, Emily spent 16+ years as a teacher and Associate Principal, including time at a specialist school for children with Developmental Language Disorder, helping students transition back into mainstream classrooms. That grounding in diagnostic, evidence-based methods still drives everything Wise Owl does today.
Now supporting around 40 students with a team of casual tutors, Wise Owl delivers group classes, one-to-one tutoring and homework help online. As well as supporting teachers through her science of learning educational resources and professional development.

Tania Carcenac runs AI With Intent. She focuses on helping women in business build AI foundations that actually work for them. Most are solo operators and small business owners. Out of Your Head, her main offer, is a done-for-you service. AI With Intent is also growing into audits, workshops and training. All of it bridges the same gap, between AI information and real implementation.
Many of her clients are AI curious and have already spent serious time down the rabbit holes before they find her. Dianne PierottiAt Secret Women’s Collab, we’re passionate about uplifting women in our community and creating opportunities for women to invest in themselves, their businesses and their personal growth.
That’s also at the heart of our Boldly in Business Conference. While we spend plenty of time talking about business, we also recognise the woman behind the business - the person making the decisions, navigating challenges, learning, growing and building something of her own.
