The Boldly in Business Conference was created in response to the challenges many women in business continue to face; navigating growth, leadership and decision-making without access to strong support networks or practical business development opportunities.
At its core, this conference is about helping women in business:
Get clear on what actually matters in their business right now
Make confident decisions around growth, pricing, structure and direction
Take real, tangible action - not just leave with ideas
Build connections that lead to collaboration, referrals and support
Feel less isolated in the realities of running a business
We’re not trying to create a room full of people who feel motivated for 24 hours. We’re creating a room where people:
make decisions
start things they’ve been putting off
finish things that have been sitting half-done
and walk away knowing exactly what happens next

Our Approach to
Boldly in BusinessBoldly in Business is a one-day conference for women in business south of the river.
It has been created for women who are ready to stop circling the same problems and start making meaningful progress.
This isn’t a conference built around inspiration for the sake of it. It’s built around action.
The day combines practical workshops, panel discussions, business pitch opportunities, journey shares and meaningful connection points designed to help women move forward in their businesses with greater clarity, confidence and support.
We aim to create a room where people leave knowing exactly what happens next.
The conference has been designed to support women in business to:
Gain clarity on the priorities and opportunities within their business
Build confidence in decision-making
Access practical tools, resources and expertise
Create meaningful connections with other business owners
Identify opportunities for collaboration and referral
Leave with practical next steps they can implement after the event
Our goal is to create an experience that is useful, relevant and grounded in the realities of running a business, and ensure everyone walks away with steps to action.

Osinski Finance is a family-owned mortgage brokerage based in Rockingham, Western Australia, dedicated to helping everyday Australians achieve their property and financial goals with confidence.
Founded and led by husband-and-wife team Nathan and Amy Osinski, the business was built on a simple belief: mortgage broking should be personal, transparent, and focused on people, not just products. Since opening its doors, Osinski Finance has grown through genuine relationships, trusted advice, and a commitment to putting clients first.
The team specialises in assisting first home buyers, next home buyers, refinancers, investors, and self-employed clients, working closely with a wide range of lenders to find solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Whether clients are purchasing their first home, building wealth through property, restructuring debts, or navigating major life transitions, Osinski Finance provides guidance and support every step of the way.
At the heart of the business is a commitment to education and empowerment. The team believes that informed clients make better financial decisions, and they take pride in simplifying complex lending processes so clients can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Community involvement is also a core part of the Osinski Finance story. The business actively supports local schools, sporting clubs, breakfast programs, and charitable initiatives throughout the Rockingham and Baldivis communities. This dedication to both clients and community has helped establish Osinski Finance as a trusted local business and industry leader.
Recognised for its growth, customer service, and contribution to the local business community, Osinski Finance was named SME Business of the Year by the Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce. The business continues to build on its reputation for delivering exceptional client outcomes while maintaining the personalised service that has become its hallmark.
More than mortgage brokers, the Osinski Finance team are trusted partners who are passionate about helping people build a stronger financial future. Their mission is simple: to make the lending journey easier, less stressful, and more rewarding for every client they serve

Introducing
Pitch FestStep forward. Share your story. Grow your business.
Pitch Fest is a unique opportunity for women in business to share the impact they're creating, receive valuable feedback, and take the next step in their business journey.
Selected participants will have four minutes to introduce themselves, explain the problem they solve, share the difference their business is making, and talk about what's next.
Rather than focusing on sales or investment, Pitch Fest celebrates businesses that are creating positive change for their clients, community, and local business ecosystem.
Each pitch will be assessed by a judging panel and conference attendees, with feedback designed to encourage growth, build confidence, and provide practical insights.
The winning participant will receive a high-value mentoring package, bringing together coaching, strategy, and advisory sessions from our judging panel to help them continue growing their business. Second and third place prizes will also be awarded.
Whether you're stepping onto the stage or cheering from the audience, Pitch Fest is about celebrating the incredible women in business within our community and creating opportunities for them to be seen, supported, and encouraged.

Nikolina Milošević BA, LLB, LLM (Applied Law) is the Principal of ND Legal, a Perth commercial law firm serving small and medium businesses, and individuals, across Western Australia. With more than a decade of experience at leading mid-tier and international firms, including Clyde & Co, Nina has advised multi-billion dollar corporations on complex commercial matters and now channels that top-tier expertise into the businesses and people who rarely get access to it.
She founded ND Legal after walking away from the corporate grind, driven by a conviction that everyday Australians deserve better than the billable hour.
Nina's approach is unapologetically commercial, refreshingly plain-spoken, and built on the belief that excellent legal advice should be a tool for growth, not a tax on it. Outside the office, she is an avid reader, a keen skier, and quietly enjoys life's most ordinary pleasures like a good coffee or a slow walk by the beach.
