From coffee catch-ups to coworking days, workshops to signature events, every Secret Women’s Collab gathering is designed to help you connect, learn and grow in a way that feels calm, authentic and doable.

Our events aren’t about name badges or small talk. They are about conversation, confidence and community.

We know that finding time for yourself and your business can feel impossible when you are juggling so much. That’s why we host events that fit around life, usually during school hours, always welcoming, and never about perfection.

Each event has its own purpose. Some are for quiet focus and accountability. Some are for skill-building and fresh ideas. Others are simply for connection, laughter and a reminder that you are not doing this alone.

Whether it’s your first time joining us or you have been with us since the beginning, you will always find a friendly face, a relaxed atmosphere and a community ready to cheer you on.

    Our coffee catch-ups are where the Collab began, small, relaxed gatherings that feel like catching up with old friends, even if you have just met. There are no awkward intros or expectations to “network”. Just conversation, laughter and the kind of connection that reminds you why you started your business in the first place.

    Come as you are, grab a coffee and see where the conversation leads.

  • Work alongside women who get it.

    Running a business from home can feel lonely at times. Our coworking days are designed to bring focus, energy and accountability back into your week. Bring your laptop, your to-do list and your favourite snacks. You will find other women working quietly beside you, sharing ideas over coffee and cheering you on as you tick things off.

    These days are productive, grounding and surprisingly uplifting, proof that you can get things done and feel connected at the same time.

  • Practical learning, real conversation.

    Our Lunch & Learn sessions are all about growth that feels achievable. Each one focuses on a key skill or topic that helps women in business build confidence and clarity, from marketing to mindset, systems to storytelling.

    The best part? It never feels like a seminar. You will share a meal, swap ideas and walk away with simple, practical insights you can use straight away.

  • Celebrate, connect and exhale.

    Our social events are where we slow down, reconnect and celebrate how far we have all come. These gatherings, from high teas to mindful walks to end-of-year celebrations are a reminder that community and wellbeing go hand in hand.

    Our signature events, including International Women’s Day and the Boldly in Business Conference, bring our community together on a larger scale. They spotlight leadership, collaboration and the incredible impact of women-led businesses across the southern corridor.

  • Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Secret Women’s Collab High Tea, an incredible event that not only brought together local women in business but also raised funds for WA Mums Cottage. The energy in the room was uplifting, the conversations inspiring, and the connections truly invaluable. I left feeling invigorated and so grateful to be part of a community that supports and empowers one another.
