That’s why we built something different.Secret Women’s Collab exists for women who are growing a business, creating a side hustle, or working while juggling family, clients and community. We create spaces where you can show up exactly as you are, have genuine conversations, and feel part of something that understands the juggle.
There are no awkward introductions, no sales pitches and no expectations to be anything other than yourself. Whether you work from your kitchen table, a home office or a traditional office, you belong here.
This is a community built on real connection and quiet confidence. It’s where collaboration replaces competition, where ideas flow freely, and where every woman leaves feeling lighter, seen and supported.
A Community Built for the JuggleWe know what it feels like to be trying to do it all. To be running a business between school runs, family commitments and client calls. To love what you do but still feel isolated at times.

How We Create ConnectionEvery event we host has a purpose: to make connections simple, genuine and sustainable. Our calendar blends consistent touchpoints with moments of inspiration that keep you grounded and growing throughout the year.

Coffee Catch Ups
Small, relaxed meet-ups that are more like meeting a friend for coffee than a formal event. These gatherings are where most women first find us. You will leave with new ideas, fresh energy and a sense that you are not doing business alone.

Cowork & Connect
Working from home can be wonderful, but it can also be lonely. Our coworking days give you space to get things done alongside other women who understand your rhythm. Bring your laptop, share ideas, and enjoy a day of focus and quiet accountability.

Practical and uplifting sessions that help you build skills, confidence and clarity. We cover topics that matter to small business owners, from marketing to mindset, and always make sure you walk away with something you can apply straight away.

Social and Signature Events
Throughout the year we celebrate connection and collaboration with larger gatherings such as International Women’s Day, our Boldly in Business Conference and end-of-year celebrations. These events are filled with inspiration, conversation and community spirit.

We design everything around inclusion. Most events are held during school hours so women who are primary carers can still attend. We choose venues that feel relaxed and welcoming. And we make sure every woman who walks through the door is greeted by name and leaves feeling part of something bigger.
Our growth has been entirely organic, built on word of mouth and trust. Women keep coming back because they feel valued, supported and understood.
We’re in it With YouAs Founders of Secret Women’s Collab it was never about standing at the front of a room. We are not organisers talking at you, we’re women in business just like you. We build our businesses between school runs, client work and family life too.
Our role is to be the facilitators of connection, the ones who make sure the space feels safe, calm and inclusive, but the heart of every event comes from the women who walk through the door.
This community is built by you, shaped by your stories and powered by your energy. We just make sure there’s always a table waiting.
